4. Commercial Hosting Services

4.1 Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Hosting fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Refunds are available within our 30-day money-back guarantee period
  • Renewal prices may differ from initial registration prices

5. Domain Registration

  • Domain registration is subject to registry policies and ICANN regulations
  • You must provide accurate WHOIS contact information
  • Domain renewals are your responsibility unless auto-renewal is enabled
  • DrShop is not liable for expired domains due to non-payment

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Host illegal content or engage in illegal activities
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Host content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
  • Consume excessive server resources that impact other users

7. Service Level Agreement

DrShop aims to provide 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure events, third-party services, or customer actions.

8. Data Backup

While DrShop performs regular backups, it is your responsibility to maintain your own backups. We are not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, security breaches, or account termination.

9. Termination

DrShop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. In case of termination for policy violations, no refunds will be provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

DrShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
